Quick Blurp

So I want to put up something about my school's graduation(that occurred a while ago) but its late, so I'm just going to put up a little something. So last weekend I finally received my black belt and new Judo-gi. The writing on the right side of the belt and the pants says "Stafford". My lapel says "Nagahama" with Judo in it. I was pretty pumped to receive it. Then on Sunday I had my first tournament. I won my first two then lost my third match, though I lost by decision to one of my instructors so I don't feel bad about that. Then in the singles I lost in my first match to a kid I beat earlier in the day. I was pretty pissed about that because I should have ruined him but I got over it. Later that night we had a good bye party for Myles, who is leaving Japan next month. It was a pretty good party but its going to be less fun not having Myles around. Especially now that I'm getting better and think I can take him.
Last but not least, it was just my dad's birthday so everyone who knows him should wish him a good one. It's a big one this year. I love you and I'm looking forward to seeing you in October.
